By using Faircall, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Faircall is operated by Ryan Lewendon, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What Faircall is
Faircall is a service that connects professionals with companies for one-to-one conversations.
We facilitate introductions. We are not:
- An employer
- A recruitment agency
- A broker or representative for either party
We do not guarantee:
- That you will receive or participate in any conversations
- The quality, relevance, or outcome of any interaction
3. Eligibility
To use Faircall, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the service in a professional and lawful manner
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Attend any meetings you agree to (if applicable)
- Behave professionally and respectfully
You must not:
- Misrepresent your identity or experience
- Use Faircall for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity
- Attempt to bypass or exploit the platform
5. Matching and introductions
We may use the information you provide to:
- Match you with relevant individuals or companies
- Contact you about potential opportunities
We may share limited professional information (e.g. name, role, experience) with relevant parties where appropriate.
We do not guarantee:
- That any match will result in a meeting
- That any meeting will be valuable or appropriate
6. Payments and incentives
From time to time, Faircall may facilitate or provide incentives (such as vouchers) for participation in conversations.
Where incentives are offered:
- Eligibility criteria may apply
- Incentives may be subject to completion of agreed actions (e.g. attending a meeting)
- We reserve the right to withhold incentives in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or non-compliance
We are not responsible for:
- Tax implications arising from incentives
- Any disputes between participants and companies
7. Company interactions
If you are introduced to a company via Faircall:
- Any interaction is between you and that company
- We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or representations of the company
If you are a company using Faircall:
- You are responsible for how you engage with participants
- You must not misuse personal data or engage in misleading or unethical practices
8. No employment or agency relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- An employment relationship
- A partnership or joint venture
- An agency relationship
Faircall acts solely as a facilitator.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Faircall is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- The outcome of any meeting or interaction
Our total liability in connection with the service shall not exceed any amount you have paid to us (if any).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Faircall at any time if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in misuse or abuse of the platform
- Act in a way that may harm other users or the service
11. Data and privacy
Your use of Faircall is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
Continued use of Faircall means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
